Our products
Come to our official stores to view the various types of  the latest home furniture collection. Don't hesitate to ask the sales department of every details of the products. We will kindly provide any of the information regarding to the products that the customers' desires.

The furniture products that we display at our stores are the products that will be delivered to the customers once they have chosen. Otherwise, the customers may request for the new stock if there are still available.

To fulfill the customers' satisfaction, we will double check on the furniture products that are purchased before being delivered to the customers.
Payment
We require 30% deposit every products purchasing and 50% deposit if the customers request the desired delivery date. (If the customer cancel the products purchasing until/over the requested delivery date, the 50% deposit can not be refundable). The rest of the balance should be paid once the products have been delivered.

Special orders
We accept special orders from customers if they wish to have their own furniture designs to be made. We require 50% deposit for special orders. The rest of the balance should be paid before or on the same day we deliver the products to the customers. Specials orders can not be cancelled. If cancelled, the 50% deposit can not be refundable.

*Special orders price should be negotiated with us before we start the process
*The prices of the special orders could be more expensive than the ready products according to the material that will be used in the making process
Delay
Delays in production and delivery may occur. If a delay occurs, don't panic. We will give you our best estimate regarding delivery dates. This is our best estimate only. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Due to increased security by governments, customs delay may also occur, which is beyond our control.
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery in Medan areas.
For delivery outside Medan areas, we will have to charge the delivery fees and the fees are negotiable with the delivery company. We delivery with professional delivery company which will take full responsible of any damages.

If you authorize the product to be delivered in your absence or without your inspection, you automatically represent that the product is received in good condition and will void all rights to returns, claims and insurance. We also offer in-home delivery.

In the event that you need a service to bring the furniture products in your home and/or assemble it, Bandung Jaya Furniture Store can help you  to do the job for an additional fee. All inside services are provided by independent companies.

For branded products such as mattresses & office furniture will be delivered by the certain agents directly to the customers.

Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law.
Return/Exchange Policy
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for delivery damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any delivery damages. We cannot take responsibility for delivery damages beyond this point. There is a 30% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
